What interface protocols are supported?
Standard RJ11/RJ12 interfaces are natively equipped. Drive voltages of 12V or 24V are supported to guarantee universal compatibility with thermal receipt printers (Epson, Star, Bixolon) and primary POS terminals.
Can the till insert be modified?
Yes. Bill and coin dividers are constructed from high-impact ABS plastic and are fully adjustable. Global currencies of varying dimensions are accommodated rapidly by on-site staff.
What is the certified lifespan of the drawer?
Our mechanical solenoids and micro-switches are stress-tested and certified for over 1,000,000 operational cycles. Heavy-duty models utilize steel ball-bearing rollers to eliminate friction decay entirely.
Are emergency manual overrides provided?
Absolutely. The integrated 3-position lock system features a dedicated manual override state. An optional hidden emergency release lever can also be configured at the bottom chassis.
