AIO-X Series
The flagship industrial panel PC. 12th Gen Intel Core processing, DDR5 memory and a 9V–36V wide-range input, in ten screen sizes from 10.1" to 27". Built for deployment in extremes rather than an office.
AIO-Y Series
The standardized HMI platform. Fanless, 24/7 rated and deliberately rich in legacy ports, so existing scales, scanners, PLCs and serial peripherals connect without an adapter chain behind the panel.
AIO-Z Series
The large-format interactive flat panel. 4K clarity on a modular OPS computing module, with an anti-vandal surface for public and semi-public environments where the screen is not behind a counter.
AIO-157Y POE Panel PC
A 15" edge computing node with five Intel Gigabit LAN ports, four of which deliver Power over Ethernet. The same cable that carries camera and sensor data powers them, so the machine needs no external adapters.

Processing and Memory
12th Gen Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 with dual DDR5 SDRAM slots and up to 64GB. Storage runs on dual M.2 2280 slots accepting NVMe or SATA SSDs.
Hardware Security
We fit hardware TPM 2.0 encryption as standard, with Intel vPro Essentials support on qualifying configurations for fleet-level remote management.
Networking and Wake
Dual Intel controllers at 2.5GbE and 1GbE, both supporting Wake-on-LAN and PXE boot, which lets you reimage unattended sites remotely.
Serial and USB Ports
Two software-selectable RS232/422/485 ports with automatic flow control, expandable to six COM ports, plus USB 3.2, Type-C and HDMI output.
Power Supply and Protection
A 9V to 36V wide-range DC input tolerates unstable industrial supplies, with over-voltage, over-current and reverse-polarity protection built in rather than added externally.
Operating Environment
Rated from −20°C to +70°C with anti-static immunity of 8KV–15KV and a fanless design, behind an IP66-grade anodised aluminum front panel.

Power over Ethernet
On the AIO-157Y, four of five Intel I210AT Gigabit ports deliver 15W POE, so the data cable powers IP cameras and IoT sensors and the mains adapter count around the machine drops.
Mounting and Integration
You can specify the same panel as a wall-mounted HMI, a mobile floor-standing unit or an embedded node inside a custom kiosk enclosure, depending on how the site wants the interface presented.
Display Technology, Touch and Optical Bonding.
On a panel PC the display is not a component, it is the interface. Touch response, glare and fogging decide whether staff and customers actually use the terminal.
10-Point Projected Capacitive Touch
PCAP multi-touch gives immediate, accurate response across every screen size. True-flat construction means no bezel recess where crumbs, dust and cleaning fluid collect.
Anti-Glare Coating
An anti-glare (AG) treatment is available for installations facing shopfront glass, skylights or direct sunlight, where a polished panel becomes a mirror instead of a display.
Optical Bonding
We offer it as an option for severe glare or high-humidity environments. Eliminating the air gap between glass and LCD minimises internal reflection, prevents fogging and makes the assembly physically more durable.
4K Clarity on Large Formats
On the AIO-Z series the large-format panel runs at 4K resolution, which is what makes detailed dashboards and multi-panel layouts legible at standing distance.
Modular OPS Computing
A modular OPS computing module lets you upgrade or replace the processing engine without scrapping the display panel, which extends the service life of a large installed screen.
