The SN-C20 runs a 15.6-inch true-flat capacitive screen on either an Intel board for Windows or a Rockchip board for Android, inside the same chassis. True-flat glass front, sealed to IP54
The touch layer sits under a single sheet of glass with no raised bezel, so a spill wipes off instead of running into a seam. We seal the front panel to IP54, which is what you want on a restaurant counter where drinks get knocked over.
Intel J4125 or RK3568 in the same enclosure
You pick the board: Intel J4125 or Core i3/i5 for Windows 10/11, or Rockchip RK3288/RK3568 for Android. The panel, the enclosure and the mounting holes stay the same, so you can run both in one estate and keep one spare-parts list.
Cables up through the stand, not behind the counter
The cables go up through the stand instead of hanging behind the counter. A shopper sees a clean surface, and your staff stops catching a foot on a loose adapter.

Yes. The back panel carries 75×75 and 100×100 VESA holes, so the unit mounts on a wall bracket, a pole or a kiosk enclosure once you remove the stand.

Yes. We fit an Intel board for Windows or Linux, or a Rockchip board for Android. Tell us what your software runs on and we configure it at the factory.
How is the hardware protected against spills in restaurant environments?
We seal the front panel to IP54, so splashes and dust do not get behind the glass. Wipe it down and the terminal carries on.
