What does an 8-inch 800 × 1280 main screen give a counter?

A portrait panel tall enough to stack an order list above a payment button without scrolling past either. The customer display is a separate 3.2-inch 240 × 320 unit, so the person paying sees a total without turning the till around.
How fast is the printer, and what roll does it take?

58 mm paper at 110 mm/s on a Φ50 mm roll. The roll diameter is the number worth noting: 50 mm is a larger roll than the 40 mm one on the handheld range, so a busy counter changes paper less often.
Is 2GB of RAM enough?

For a fixed-function till, yes — 2GB with 16GB of storage and Android 13 with GMS certification. The external TF slot is the release valve: put the local transaction log there instead of filling internal storage, and the unit keeps its headroom.
What are the two SAM slots for?

Closed-loop and transit payments. With two nano SIM slots alongside them, the terminal covers a store that runs a loyalty or campus card scheme and still needs mobile data as a fallback for the primary link.
Is it a desktop unit or a portable one?

Desktop, at 271 × 124 × 91 mm, with a 7.4V 2600mAh pack and a 12V/3A supply. The battery is what keeps a lane open through a short power cut or a moved counter, not what you carry the unit around with.
What connectivity and ports does it have?

LTE, WCDMA and GPRS for mobile data, plus Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. On the back there are three USB Type-A ports and one USB-C, an RJ12 cash drawer port, an RJ11 serial port and an RJ45 for wired LAN.
