RK3568 to RK3588 — one chassis, three boards
We match the board to the lane. RK3568 runs a normal counter; step up to RK3576 or RK3588 when your software asks for more. Transactions and background sync run side by side, so a sync never holds up the queue.
An 11.6- or 15.6-inch screen on the customer side
You put the second screen where the customer already looks. It shows the running total, the promotions you want to push and a payment QR, so the price on the receipt never surprises anyone. Cashiers keep the main screen; shoppers read the second one.
A die-cast aluminium base, not a bolted-on plate
We cast the base in aluminium instead of moulding it in plastic. It holds still when a cashier taps hard, and the weight comes from the metal rather than a bolted-on plate. Cables run inside the stand, so the counter stays clear.

Can the SN-A10 be integrated with our existing POS software?
Yes. The SN-A10 runs Android 13/14 on a Rockchip platform, so an app built against standard Android APIs deploys without a porting pass. The terminal itself is the computer: there is no built-in printer or scanner, so the receipt printer, the scanner and the cash drawer connect over USB, RS232 or LAN and are driven from your app through ESC/POS and standard Android input APIs. Our engineers verify your APK against a sample unit, including those peripherals, before a bulk order.
Is the second screen (customer display) detachable or optional?
Yes. We build it as a single-screen unit by default, and you add the VFD, 11.6-inch or 15.6-inch second screen when you order. The mount already sits in the chassis, so your technicians can fit it later if requirements change.
What is the lead time for a bulk order of 100+ units?
We ship standard configurations in 10–15 business days. OEM orders take 25–30 days after you approve the sample.
