Shipping and warehouse label printer on 110 mm stock: 203 dpi, up to 160 mm/s, 104 mm print width. It takes continuous, gap, tag and folded stock from the same unit, so 4×6 shipping labels, carton tags and shelf labels all come off one machine. Transmissive and reflective sensors read gaps and black marks, and the supplied paper stand carries a full 110 × 100 mm roll instead of a small internal spool. TSPL, CPCL and ESC/POS in firmware, so it slots into an existing WMS or ERP label routine.

104 mm across — the full 4-inch web, 800 dots a line
The head prints 104 mm wide, which is the full 4-inch web rather than the 100 mm some 4-inch machines deliver, and it addresses 800 dots per line at 203 dpi. Paper up to 110 ± 0.5 mm runs through it, so a 105 mm label with a liner fits without shaving the artwork. On a shipping label that is the difference between the barcode and a barcode with its quiet zone cut off.
The lid lifts clear of the head and the web drops onto the platen
The top swings fully open rather than hinging to 45 degrees, which puts the print head and the platen in view while you thread a web. It accepts continuous, label, fan-fold and tag stock from 0.06 to 0.30 mm, and the roll cradle takes 110 × 100 mm. Fan-fold matters for a back-office machine: it runs from a stack on the floor, not a roll.
USB, LAN, Bluetooth and WiFi — and CPCL as well as TSPL
USB and LAN are standard, Bluetooth and WiFi are options, so the same SKU drops onto a counter network or into a handheld workflow. It speaks CPCL, TSPL and ESC/POS, and CPCL is what a lot of older label software still emits — replacing a Zebra-era unit does not mean rewriting the templates. That rework, not the hardware, is usually the real cost of a swap.
