SN-CD410 Cash Drawer.
Built for 1,000,000 Opens.
The chassis is thick-gauge cold-rolled steel. PU rollers and steel sliding beams carry the tray through a lifecycle test of over 1,000,000 operations. It triggers from a 12 V or 24 V printer output over RJ11/RJ12, so the POS software you already run keeps working.
1,000,000 Opens,
No Wobble.
PU rollers and steel sliding beams carry the load. After the lifecycle test the tray still slides without side play, and that is the difference you notice two years in rather than on the day it arrives.
Five Bill Slots, Eight Coin Slots, Movable Dividers.
Adjustable Configurations
Five bill slots and eight coin slots come standard. The dividers slide to the widths your market's notes and coins actually are, so one SKU covers more than one currency.
Shatter-Resistant Till
The inner tray is high-impact ABS. The coin section lifts out in one piece, so a cashier swap takes a motion instead of a count-down at the lane.
Stainless Steel Clips
High-tension stainless steel wire grippers hold the notes. No plastic clip to snap off on a drawer that opens all day.
Three Ways to Open It.
One Cable to Trigger It.
3-Position Lock & Dual Media Slots
Three modes: key-locked, electronic trigger from the POS, and manual open when the till is offline or the printer is down.
Two front media slots take checks and large notes without opening the main drawer, so the cashier drops them in and the lane keeps moving.
Universal POS Compatibility
One RJ11/RJ12 cable runs from the drawer to the printer, and the solenoid auto-selects 12 V or 24 V to match it. Epson, Star and our own printers trigger it without a separate driver.

SN-CD410 Cash Drawer FAQ.
Does the SN-CD410 open from my existing receipt printer?
+
Yes, if your printer has an RJ11/RJ12 drawer port and sends the standard kick-out pulse. The solenoid auto-selects 12 V or 24 V, so Epson, Star and our own printers trigger it without a setting change.
How many notes and coins does it hold?
+
Five bill slots and eight coin slots. The bill dividers slide to different widths and the coin section lifts out in one piece, so one drawer covers more than one currency.
Does the POS know whether the drawer is open?
+
A built-in micro-switch reports drawer status back to the POS software, which is what makes forced-open logging and end-of-shift reconciliation possible.
What happens when the POS or the printer is down?
+
You open it with the key. The three-position lock keeps a manual position alongside the electronic trigger, so a dead printer does not lock the cash in.
Can we change the lock or put our logo on it?
+
Yes. We build custom lock configurations and print your logo on the tray on volume orders. Quote both at the same time so the pricing lands on one sheet.
What are the dimensions and the net weight?
+
410 mm wide, 420 mm deep and 100 mm high, at 6.5 kg net. Measure the cut-out in your counter before you order: the 420 mm depth is what decides whether it fits an existing till recess.
